The practice supports private clients, architectural practices, design studios and developers, providing architectural services as well as specialist Buiding Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD) and CDM Principal Designer roles under the Building Safety Act and CDM Regulations.
Equilibria is particularly experienced in high-end and complex residential projects, high-rise residential buildings, healthcare environments and cladding remediation schemes, working collaboratively with design teams to deliver compliant, well co-ordinated buildings from concept through construction.
For homeowners, the practice offers a clear and supportive route through the design and planning process - helping transform homes through carefully designed extensions, refurbishments and bespoke residential projects.
